“ Just stopped in Westbrook Tx Big B’s Barbecue, great brisket and sausage. Service is really top notch, wife’s chopped BBQ sandwich was huge. Will be stopping next trip to Colorado City. Great BBQ and their sauce is really good. ”

“ The brisket was cooked correctly, flaky but not dried out. It paired well with the supplied BBQ sauce making a wonderful taste in your mouth. The Ribs were large and cooked to perfection. Very little fat and plenty of meat. The mustard potato salad is good old fashion potato salad. Nothing added such as onions or celery. Just plain, like mom use to make, potato salad. The Macaroni and cheese was fresh and not mush. Great people and service. Highly recommend. ”

Ribs were The sides were great also. We had Mac n cheese, okra and fries. To top it off the BBQ sauce was perfect for my liking. We will be going back! ”
“ Update: We were regulars... until they were no longer regularly open. Lost a star due to frequent unannounced closures. Not sure if they were having personal difficulty or what but the restaurant began closing arbitrarily without warning. We made multiple trips just to eat with them and found them closed. Decided to give it up. Certainly I understand life happens, but be sure to let people know!! They do have an active FB page. GREAT FOOD!! Great value! You will come back if you try the BBQ! Mesquite smoked right out back :) Highly recommend the brisket burger!!! Juicy and full of flavor. Ate here many times and NEVER been served undercooked meat (another reviewer mentioned this)!!! All the sides are delicious too. Excellent cooks. Very clean, nicely decorated, friendly people, and some little extras for sale like local made pickles. Everything tastes homemade! The sauces, the sides, desserts....Everything! Never had bad service. Were now regulars. Check it out and support small business!! ”
